Corten Steel 25-year Corrosion Warranty

For all of our Corten steel items, we offer a 25-year corrosion warranty if the following conditions are met:

1) Follow the installation instructions provided to you.

2) Take a picture of the item(s) once installed.

3) Submit a review to our Facebook page.

4) Send us an email screenshotting your review.

Once these conditions are met, we will respond confirming your 25-year corrosion warranty.

Powder Coating 10-year Warranty

For our powder coated items, we offer a 10-year powder coating warranty on the finish of all items installed inside or under cover outside if the following conditions are met:

1) Follow the installation instructions and ensure your item(s) is placed inside or under cover outside.

2) Take a picture of the item(s) once installed.

3) Submit a review to our Facebook page.

4) Send us an email screenshotting your review.

Once these conditions are met, we will respond confirming your 10-year powder coating warranty.

To make a claim on either warranty, please send us an email with the warranty confirmation attached, a picture of your item(s) and a description explaining your issue.

We may require you to return the items where we will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis, and if no evidence of damage is present and the installation instructions have been followed, we will endeavour to either work with you to rectify your item or provide a replacement free of charge.
